• Dragonfly Design creates professional concept layouts and colored renderings so you can clearly see how your new space will look and function.

• If needed, we refine the design with two to four complimentary revisions so the plan is confidently fine‑tuned.

• Together we finalize key items that drive the design: appliances or specialty equipment, sink and faucet locations, cabinet hardware, and storage priorities.

• Manufacturer samples are ordered so you can review doors, tile, countertops, hardware, and other finishes in your own light.​

• Developed shop drawings are published to the trades based on experience with real‑world projects and industry standards.

• Final confirmations of contract designs, fixtures, finishes, and samples; are signed off on before anything is ordered.

• Review timelines, and scope so you and your trade professionals are aligned on what will happen and when, including a walk‑through with your contractor before work begins.

• Coordinate ordering and logistics so products and materials arrive when your allied trade professionals need them to keep the project moving forward smoothly.​
