Design Consultation – What You Get Our Design Consultation is a 60‑minute working session in your home, tailored to your kitchen, bath, or main‑living spaces. During this time, we walk through your space together, talk through your goals and priorities, and answer your design questions in real time. You’ll leave the consultation with specific recommendations you can act on right away—ideas for layout, cabinetry, finishes, storage, lighting, and next steps for your project. Your consultation fee includes: Up to 60 minutes of dedicated design time focused on your space. Professional recommendations and ideas you can implement immediately or use to plan a larger project. A brief follow‑up recap delivered by email with key notes and links (if appropriate). ________________________________________ How Booking Works To keep scheduling smooth and avoid double‑booking, your online booking is a request first, then approved by our studio. Here’s what to expect when you choose your time: You select a date and time that works for you and submit the booking request form. You’ll immediately see an on‑screen acknowledgment that we’ve received your request, and you’ll get an email confirming that your requested time is pending approval. We review your request to make sure the timing and project are a good fit and that we have everything we need for a productive consultation. Once approved, you’ll receive a second email confirming your appointment date and time—this is your official booking confirmation. After your booking is confirmed, your payment will be processed using the card you provided. When payment is complete, you’ll receive a final email with your receipt and all of your appointment details in one place.
